Following up

Running to catch up to the requests for Lime Plaster Mantels interest. BUILDEX was a fun show since it comes and goes so fast. Two day set up, 2 day show and take it down... then run to catch up to the work that you put on hold during the show!

One of the fun features of our booth was having a 'concrete wall' which was not concrete.
KCC 2011 is the a fantastic finish for the look and feel of concrete, without the weight.

The offer was open to the visitor in the booth to 'Touch Me' - the walls that is!

Buildex 2011 Day 2

Almost Done

I love the energy that comes with trade-show set up. There are so many task to fall into place and when one doesn't(seldom is it one) you need to make quick calls of action to change the plan, but not the master plan.
That is the way day 2 went for us.
Our booth at Buildex this year behind where we were last. Therefore the both needs modifications to accommodate the opposite layout.

The Theme
This year's booth at Buildex is about the outdoors and the deep woods. We are going to have a campfire - really, a campfire, with a little help from KCC2011 to create the theme. Come on by to warm up!

Campfire
You can't have a campfire without some rocks to protect the area... we are building it to the unwritten code(of campfires that is).

Tomorrow we will be lighting the fire(s), seems like the right thing to do since we are in the middle arctic cold snap.

It was worth the wait!

After months of anticipation the Trade show of the design year arrived.
